-Your annual income needs to meet 125% US Poverty Guidelines when your I-130 priority date is current (10 years later). Check this link for the requirements:

2.在辦理期間，我們需要一直居住美國境內嗎？

-Not need. But you need to live in US at the time your kid apply for the immigrant visa 10 years later (temporarily leave US is OK).
