我媽媽的綠卡是2013年6月27號簽發的。她10月月21號回國，因為我爸身體不好，就沒有回美國。 綠卡23年7月份過期。今年來美是申請的旅遊簽證。如果我媽還想申請綠卡，這種情況該怎麽辦？
