For I290B form, Part 1. I am a bit confused. Whose info should be filled? Does it mean I can fill it with my info as the pertitioner, or fill with my mom's info as the applicant?

-Fill your mom's information, i.e., the applicant, because this form is filed by your mother for her I-485 denial.
