為國內外甥申請綠卡

我已經取得美國的國籍，如果我想為國內的外甥申請美國綠卡，請問我應該怎麽辦？現在小孩馬上16歲，我需要領養小孩來申請綠卡嗎？還是通過兄弟姐妹的關係申請綠卡？謝謝！
