他們沒有給你RFE就直接把你拒絕掉了嗎？

They did, and quite fast. They asked for I693 medical exam, and I864. We submitted I693 and 2023 IRS return, but my income seems not enough. THis time we would like to use a joint sponsor. Do I need to re-file I864? Or just provide docments with I290B?
