請問前兩天網上查詢131-表申請狀態，今天看是換到第四步 case decision， estimated time until case decision 怎麽從4個月變成10個月，1-485表也顯示在最後一步 即case decision， estimated time until decision 是12個月. 這是給父母申辦綠卡，沒有接到第三步麵試通知。請問這是指還要再等10個月， 1-131表才能批嗎？老人有些事想回國。謝謝。
