-Yes.

目前處理很慢，I-693事先做好會過期嗎？

-You must submit the completed I-693 within 60 days from the date the doctor signed it with the I-485 filing (i.e., put the completed I-693 together with the documents of I-485 filing). The I-693 will remain valid for two years from the date the doctor signed it during the I-485 pending. If your I-485 is not approved before the I-693 expires, USCIS may send you RFE to ask you do the medical examination again.
