我為父母申請了I130，I131，I584，一晃半年過去了，什麽消息都沒有。在網上申請了緊急出國申請，見到了移民局工作人員，她說隻要我父母再打一針疫苗，她拿到疫苗證之後就立刻批綠卡，然後我就帶著父母打了疫苗並把證明寄給她了。又過去一個多月了，什麽消息也沒有，也聯係不上她。

我該怎麽辦？我父母年紀很大了想回去辦理房產等事宜，而且在美國都呆了一年了，也需要看看醫生了。。。我們全家都非常焦急，
