給父母10+年前辦過綠卡，拿到了，後來好幾年不來了，然後要來就隻好填那個表放棄了綠卡，又辦了10年簽證。用這簽證現在是第二次來了。如果現在又想辦綠卡了，請問是完全當作新的和第一次一樣從頭辦起呢？

-Yes. Do exact same thing as the first green card application. They had better wait for 90 days from the date they entered US using B2 visa, and then you can sponsor their green card.

還是有什麽辦法可以把原來放棄的綠卡再恢複？

-No.

另外這樣第二次辦成的幾率大嗎？

-Yes.
