父母有綠卡，本來定好11月初的機票返美，兩周前父親突然進急診，兩天前做了手術，醫生讓再過3個月回去再做一個相關的手術。可是3，4個月後，父母在國內時間達到9-10個月，請問回來美國過海關會不會有麻煩？
