我表妹申請婚姻綠卡同時申請的EAD郵寄丟失，移民局說需要從新申請，是同之前一樣的I765表格嗎？

-Yes. Provide the copy of the I-485 Receipt Notice with I-765 filing

還是有其它替代表格？另外單獨重新申請I765需要支付多少費用？

-Check the I-485 Receipt Notice to see when USCIS received your I-485. If she filed I-485 after April 1, 2024, then she needs to pay I-765 filing fee.
