8老師您好，我在幫妹妹申請親屬移民，網上填表的時候有一項要求是提供母語的名字和地址
-Type it using computer with Chinese Characters or print it out and fill it using hand writing in Chinese characters.
並要求其英文翻譯和翻譯人員的資質。
-Not need it for completing the form.
所以我理解的是提供中國身份證和身份証公證。
-Not need these documents.
我妹妹手上已有一份出生公證，缺點是出生公證上沒有列示地址。我想問一下，是不是這份出生公證不能滿足要求？
-If it was done by 大的公證處，i.e., including the translation version and translator qualification certification, thne it will be fine. 出生公證 includes: name of the person, names of the person's parents, date of the birth, and the place of birth. That is all.
我還是需要提供一份身份證的公證。或者爲了滿足這項要求，我可以提供什麽其他的支持文件？謝謝您的幫助。
