8老師吉祥！請問收養子女可否給自己親生父母申請移民？

孩子在國內時過繼給了當時是綠卡的姨媽。姨媽幫著給孩子辦了綠卡。這幾年一直跟姨媽在美國生活。現在孩子可以申請公民。那他公民後，可以為國內的親生父母辦移民嗎？ 需要什麽手續嗎？
