請教8老師 I485

為母親申請I485,24年1月底遞交，2月底辦biometric screening, 當日顯示actively review.

7月5日收到郵件，告知 we have taken an action on your case. 但網上賬戶無更新。

7月8日聯係Emma查詢，告知：The further processing was done on the case. no decision has been made at this time”

請教8老師，這意味著什麽？正常嗎？
