謝謝8老師指教原來是在fling date 的實際年齡- pending time = CSPA 年齡。

我打算發個電郵去要求加孩子麵試。

-USCIS changed the rule some time ago and it seems NVC followed the new rule and accepted the child's case. But It seems the US Consulate might have some different consideration on your case. So, you had better hire an immigration lawyer to help you for the justification based on the new rule.
