請教8老師，我父母在3月中來美探親，當時入境給了6個月的時間。我打算在6月底為他們申請綠卡，是否不再需要延長探親簽證？

-Not need.

另外他們原來的十年簽證在明年1月到期，如果那時綠卡還沒辦好，會有問題嗎？

-No problem. But they cannot use the B2 visa to travel outside US anymore due to immigrant intent.

他們的中國護照也會在明年1月到期，在辦理綠卡期間去辦理新的護照會有影響嗎？

-No problem.
