我在2016 申請N400，收到RECEIPT 及打完指模之後至今沒有收到任何消息，請問N400有有效期嗎？我應該再申請呢還是FOLLOW UP 之前的申請？謝謝。

-Contact USCIS for the status. It is unusual for such a long time. Following the steps below to speak to a live person at USCIS on phone:

Call USCIS at 800-375-5283 (M-F 8am-8pm Eastern):

then,  immediately by saying the following:

  1. Reschedule interview (even if you do not reschedule interview)
  2. Interview.
  3. I do not have my receipt.
  4. No, thank you.
  5. <You will be asked if they can help with anything else>
  6. Reschedule interview.
  7. Interview.
