谘詢8老師:2023年7月F4簽證入境美國。收到綠卡和社安號後，因身體原因，寄出了I-131申請Reentry permission。10月末離境返中國，離境後第二天移民局發出信件通知己經收取打指紋費用，等待下一步通知。但迄今為止未收到下一步通知。有沒有什麽辦法可以查移民局是否寄出了打指紋預約通知？

-Sometimes USCIS may use the biometrics in the system for the reentry permit from your green card application and thus, you may not be required to do the biometrics again.

現計劃9月份再去美國，現谘詢以下問題:問題一，入境時會遇到麻煩嗎？

-It should be fine because your stay in China is less than one year when you return. Bring the Receipt Notice of the reentry permit application with you if your stay in China has been over one year.

問題二，上述回美證申請仍然有效嗎？

-Yes if you left US after the receipt date on the Receipt Notice of the I-131.

是否是在美國境內才會收到打指紋等下一步的通知？

-Irrelevant.

或者再入境後需要重新填I-131申請返美證？

-Not need.
