-That I-131 is for advance parole, not reentry permit. Because your I-485 was approved, that I-131 was void (USCIS will deny it later). You need to submit another I-131 application for reentry permit within US, the same Form I-131 as for advance parole, but the selection of items on the Form I-131 for the reentry permit is different from for the advance parole. Read the I-131 Instruction for the details.
