借友賬號發帖。父親在國內填寫DS260/i864的一些問題，望8老師解答，謝謝！

仍然是借友賬號發帖

之前我母親在美國申請綠卡問了很多問題，得到了8老師的熱心解答。現在母親已拿到綠卡。父親在國內，為他提交的130已批複，現在進入NVC階段。現在有一些問題想問8老師，期待您的答複！

1. DS260

Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years? 他隻去過美國。如果選擇了YES，會跳出一個下拉菜單，裏麵找不到美國的選項。難道要填NO?

2. DS260

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

我父親從未接種過新冠疫苗。打算試著要求來美國後補接種，或者申請新冠疫苗豁免。如果必須接種的話，那就按要求接種。這裏可否先填寫NO, 然後解釋/理由寫:

The applicant is in the process of reviewing vaccination records and will obtain the required vaccinations on or before the date of the medical exam.

請問這樣可以嗎？

3. I864

Part3. Information about the immigrants you are sponsoring. Question2: I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in part2. (Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition)

這裏應該填NO對不對？雖然我去年已經sponsor過我母親，但他們是完全不同的 visa petition，所以要寫NO。

 

4. I864

Part5. Sponsor's household size. Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit: 6. If you have sponsored any other persons on Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ who are now lawful permanent residents, enter the number here:

應該填1. 而且這裏應該是i864中唯一一處體現我也為母親sponsor過的地方，請問是否正確？
