另外， 他們被拒之後需要離境的時間應該是 I-94 的到期時間， 還是第一次收到拒信的時間 ? 還是有一個範圍 ？ 非常感謝回複 ！！！

-Their overstay was counted from the date the H-1 was denied. They need to leave US as soon as possible (had better within one month). 

They can stay in US during motion to reopen pending, but if the motion is denied, their overstay still will be counted from the date of the H-1 denial, not the date of motion denial.
