請教８老師關於辦４８５ 經濟擔保

我媽媽在美國， 已經可以遞交４８５了， 關於經濟擔保（I８６４）， 我可以直接和４８５申請一起郵寄給USCIS 嗎？看下麵的信息我覺得好茫然,謝謝指教 !

 

Filing Fee

If you file outside the United States: There is no fee if you file with USCIS or the Department of State.

If you file within the United States: You must file with the Department of State; however, they charge a fee. For more information, please visit their website.
