1，我現在是綠卡的pd已經current了，現在需要提交調整身份從L1b變成綠卡。女方在國內。是不是先讓女方以L1b的配偶身份過來然後再辦綠卡而不是比等我的綠卡申請下來再給女方辦更快一些

-It is fine for you to file your I-485 now. But you need to marry her as soon as possible (before your I-485 is approved) and then, she can apply for L2 visa in the US Consulate in China to come to US visa. Then, file her I-485 together with your I-485 filing (if you do not file your I-485 yet) or file her I-485 after you file your I-485 (this is the fastest way for her to get the green card). -You need to report her information as your spouse if you file your I-485 after you marry her. If you file your I-485 before your marriage,  nothing is relevant to her in your completed Form I-485.
