我是美國綠卡長期在中國國內，基本上每半年回美國一次，一般都比較順利。愛人在中國，沒有美國身份，暑期回美國開會想帶她一起同行旅遊。有幾個問題請教8老師或其他朋友：

1.這種情況申請非移民簽證是按探親還是按旅遊來填寫比較好？

-It is better as a tourist.

2.如果按旅遊簽證來申請，是否就不提及我是綠卡長期在海外？

-Need to tell the truth: temporary employment in China.

如果提及，會不會影響我的綠卡狀態？

-Irrelevant.

3.像我這樣長期不在美國的情況，可以幫愛人申請綠卡配偶移民簽證嗎？

-You can file I-130 now, but you need to return to US or convince the visa officer that you will return to US with your spouse and live in US permanently when your spouse applies for the immigrant visa.

等待時間是不是很長？

-Probably 3 to 4 years from now on if you file I-130 now, but it may be sooner because it changes from time to time.
