8老師你好，之前給父母申請綠卡時我在論壇上向您請教了許多問題，非常感謝您的無私指導，幫助我們順利獲批！我現有另外一個問題，我母親收到綠卡以後，因為身體原因需要手術第二個月就回國了，我父親也一起回去了。因為手術和之後的恢複期我拿不準多久所以在他們離開之前給他們提交了131申請回美證。

據說回美證的期限是2年，但是不知道是提交日期往後推兩年-No.

還是獲批日期上往後推兩年？

我母親的手術做完以後需要定期複查至少一年半到兩年，這個期間如果回美證一直不批他們可以一直待在國內嗎？

-Normally it is fine if the reentry permit application is approved later, but if their reentry permit is denied, then they need to return to US within one month from the date the I-131 was denied and explain to the officer at the port of entry that their reentry permit application was denied and they need to reenter US to file the appeal (show the I-131 Receipt Notice and the Denial Notice to the officer).

有沒有境外滯留的時間上限要求？

他們有回美證的receipt和手術證明，如果下次返美這些足夠保證他們順利入境嗎？
