No. My son is in Canada, and born in Canada

2. Was your I-130 approved yet? If yes, when it was approved and whether USCIS have forwarded it to NVC if your child is in China now.

Not yet. My I-130 還沒有處理。剛剛看的您回複那個媽媽的帖子，才知道怎麽聯係上 live agent, 剛剛電話上 upgrade petition to immediate relative 因為我已經是公民。要等到 4月1日才能完成 upgrade

3. Is your child's age still less than 21 currently ? 

Yes, he is 20 years old. When I filed 1-130, in December 2021, he was 18 years old.

我不知道如果 I-130 什麽時候能批準，也不知道看 visa bullitin 看那個日期 F1 有兩個日期。
