我有按您說的去做，是經常去網上link查看，至今兩年了都是一樣的回複“Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action.”請問這樣是否正常。我試著打電話也是隻能接聽。聯係Emma，問答也是同樣的回複。我該怎樣做？ 兒子現在國內焦急等待，不能和女朋友結婚，很是焦慮。
