我打算2月底幫父親遞交I-485, 其中864 要求most recent tax return, 這樣是不是需要2023的return ？

-You had better provide the copy of 2023 tax return and W2. If you provide the one of 2022, USCIS probably will send you RFE for the 2023.

我是不是隻要把填好的1040 copy交上就行。

-It is the copy you filed to IRS. If you filed the teax return online, just print it out for I-864.

還有，現有864 版本已過期，USCIS官網上說可以用過期的，但我是否要特別說明？
