1. 現在有移民局 I-130 批準信件, 那遞交 NVC 是等通知還是自己下載表格現在就可以遞交NVC申請, 還是得等NVC通知?

-Wait for NVC to send you instruction and follow the NVC instructions to do what they ask you to do.

2. 非直係排期到 2019, 我的申請是 2013. 移民局說我的親屬申請人可美國境內或境外遞交下一步. 如果以美國境內遞交I－485, 有什麽條件要求?

-The beneficiary has to have a legal status such as B2, H1, F1, etc. and the I-130 priority date has to be current.

親屬是不是需要一直呆美國, 還是隻需要呆一段時間, 或 I-485 批了來美國等待就可以?

-After the beneficiary files I-485, he/she can stay in US legally to wait for the I-485 approval. If he/she wants to travel to China during I-485 pending, he/she needs to apply for advance parole to travel.
