再次詢問8老師關於follow to join

下麵是上次幫朋友發帖問的，然後我朋友就發信去問NVC，結果NVC直接回複說他們幫不了我朋友，讓聯係USCIS。現在應該怎麽辦？如果繼續聯係NVC應該怎麽解釋呢？多謝。

 

朋友（主申請人，EB類）和她兒子去年就在廣領拿到移民簽證來美國了。她老公沒有一起申請移民簽證。現在想給她老公在廣州辦理移民簽證。

1. 這種情況下是不是要提交824表呀？

-Because your friend got the immigrant visa in China to enter US, she cannot file I-824 for her spouse's following to join. She needs to contact the National Visa Center (NVC) for follow-to-join information. She can send her inquiry by e-mail to [e-mail] or by writing to the National Visa Center, ATTN: WC, 32 Rochester Ave., Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909.

Then, NVC will send her instructions for her spouse's following to join.
