1. 沒有加急的情況下，提交140和485後，大概多久可以收到receipt?

-Normally it takes about 4 to 6 weeks.

2.  我先生說他看到說再繼續追加加急，更大的可能性拿到RFE? 是真的這樣嗎？

-Not really, depends what kind of I-140. If it is EB-1A or NIW, it is probably yes.

3. 我先生的PD 是18年初。算是比較早。是公司支持的綠卡申請。看來隻能請律師給提交加急申請了。

-Then, discuss it with the lawyer.

4. 我們的移民體檢疫苗隻打了第一針，是不是要3針打完才能最終綠卡通過？

-If the doctor completed the I-693 and you have sunbmitted it with your I-485, it should be fine because the doctor knows USCIS requirements very well.
