請8老師判斷

昨天和朋友聚餐，期間朋友聊到他目前的綠卡是2年的有條件綠卡，Category是I-51,這周去打指紋（去掉那個條件，換10年綠卡）

 

問題來了，他說他以後的綠卡Category種類會變成EB-5，而不是I-51,我當時就蒙圈了，怎麽臨時綠卡轉長期綠卡，Category也會變嗎？

 

另外他提到綠卡時間也變化了，他目前臨時綠卡是2年的，新綠卡會是小於10年的，我怎麽記得永久綠卡時間都應該是10年的啊，難道是我記錯了。
