我2018年給哥哥遞交了移民申請，但是感覺等排期都等絕望了，都停在2007年很長時間了。

我之前已經給我的媽媽辦好了綠卡。她現在和我一起住。不知道可不可以以我媽媽的名義給我哥哥申請綠卡。

-Is your brother married? If yes, your mother cannot sponosr him for immigration unless your mother becomes a US citizen. If your brother is single, your mother can sponsor him using F2B category which normally takes about 7 years.

那樣排期會不會短一些。但是我的媽媽在美國沒有收入，可以申請嗎？

-No problem if the other conditions are met (see above). You can be the joint sponsor to provide the financial support in this case.

假如可以的話，那我的申請是不是必須要撤回？

-Not need. Your sponsor is still valid unless your brother  immigrates into US by sponsored your mother (if applicable). Your brother can apply for the immigrant visa either sponsored by you or your mother, depends on which I-130 priority date is current first.

全家現在隻有哥哥在中國了，很想讓他過來團聚。
