8老師你好！小孩申請綠卡的出生公證有4頁. 

1. page 1 is the original medical certificate of birth in Chinese with seal/red stamp
2. page 2 is notarial certificate of page 1 in Chinese with seal/red stamp 
3. page 3 is the translation of page 1
4. page 4 is the translation of page 2, which certify the photocopy "confirms to the original, and that the original document is authentic." 

但是https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/China.html上要求“A notarial birth certificate normally contains a watermark, seal, and red stamp. It indicates the applicant's name, gender, date of birth, ID number, place of birth, and both parents' names. 問題是page 1 和 3上有父母名字，公證頁(page 2 和 4)隻是the notarial certificate of page 1 和 3，沒有列出父母名字，請問這能滿足要求嗎？謝謝！

-Yes, the birth certificate, notarization, and the translation version meet the USCIS requirements. It is fine.
