8老師好! 朋友在美，妻子兒子都在加拿大，去年他們以H4來美提交了AOS 485，然後返回加拿大。現在需要過來做體檢，但是兒子已經過了21，網上寫H4隻能給spouse or child under the age of 21，這是否意味著他兒子不能拿到H4了？

-You are right. He cannot get H-4 visa to enter US based on the immigration law because he is > 21.

請問他們來美一定要H4簽證嗎？能否用B1？謝謝

-Probably he will ahve trouble to enter US  using B1 or B2 visa because he has immigrant intent (I-485 filing). Also, even if the IO allows him enter US using B1 or B2 visa, his I-485 will be void. He should have applied advance parole before he left US.
