1. 我現在明白B表排期是給美國國外的申請人。 朋友的排期是10/15/2016，現在B表排期是9/22/2016。那是不是表示很快就可以申請485了？

-I-485 must be fine within US.

2. 看來她必須在中國申請I-485，申請後還必須在中國再等1到2年。那她能不能在中國同時申請EAD?

-She only can apply for immigrant visa in China. Then, use the immigrant visa to enter US to become a green card holder, no I-485 is needed in this case. National Visa Center (NVC) will contact the spoonsor when the prority date is current. So, just wait.
