移民簽證排到（NIW申請的I140），需要去廣州簽，有兩個問題：

1）NVC費用繳了和DS260也在網上提交了，下一步要把civil documents交給NVC，下麵的鏈接說要上傳材料不要郵寄，但是ceac係統裏要求郵寄，請問對廣州使館的簽證來說是不是還是得郵寄civil documents給NVC呀？

-Normally you just need to submit/upload the documents online, but I am not sure whether there is a specific requriement for Chinese applicants. You had better call NVC to see what they say.

2）請問下我這種情況（EB2-NIW）需要提交Form I-864（Affidavit of Support）嗎

-No, not need I-864 for employment-based applicant.
