我給太太辦理婚姻移民綠卡，我本人是美國公民身份。我們在填寫I-944的時候有幾個具體問題不清楚怎麽填寫是正確的，希望得到您的指點：
1. Page 7 - Health Insurance: What is your total annual deductible or annual premium? When does your health insurance terminate or date that it must be renewed?
問題：12月提交申請的話，是否應該把2020年的保險plan和剛剛enroll的2021年的保險policy同時提交？
-Had better provide both.
這裏應該填2020年的還是2021年的保險信息？-Put 2021 information.
2. Page 11 - Your education and skills: List your educational history below. Include all degrees attained (high school diploma, college degrees or quivalent, etc.)
問題：最高學曆是美國研究生畢業，本科是國內畢業，隻需要提交最高學曆研究生畢業證和大學畢業證就行嗎？-Yes, provide Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate (if any).是否需要國內高中畢業證？-Not need.
3. 是否需要提供公民一方的出生證？-No.
4. 我太太是否需要開具一個國內無犯罪記錄證明？-Not need if she will file I-485 in US.
