請問1.您我為父母申請移民，I130已被批準。想讓我配偶做co-sponsor. 但是他不是co petitioner 可以嗎？

-Your spouse is not a co-sponsor and not a co-petitioner, but it is your household member. He needs to file I-864A (equal to the contract) to agree you to use his income to support your parents 

2. 在NVC的網上有兩個費用，是應該一起交了，還是等financial sponsor 的材料批準了才交第二項簽證申請費用？ 謝謝您了！

-You need to wait for NVC to contact you and send you the invoice to pay the fee.
