再麻煩您，如果留在美國本部但是工作性質變動，從internal audit to financial reporting 平級調動，  綠卡麵試會有問題嗎？

-It should be fine if your I-485 has been pending for > 180 days becuase Interal adudit and financial reporting are the same/similar professional field (financce).

485 是EB1C。
