請允許我再介紹一下我的情況。 我是綠卡，現在申請小兒子的綠卡，我沒有收入，我大兒子可以幫忙，大兒子是公民。因為我沒有收入，我沒有單獨報稅 ， 而是 我大兒子將我做他的 dependent  一起報的稅。同時，我的綠卡是大兒子給我擔保的. 我現在沒有住在大兒子家，我有自己的地址。 上次您告訴我說，我要填寫 I864 ， 我大兒子填寫 I864 （co-sponsor). 我的問題是：

1.我填寫I864表的時候，我是應該用大兒子的地址呢還是用我自己的？-Use yours.

2. 報稅我是作為大兒子的dependent, I864 表，PART 6  item 23，我應該選 報稅還是沒有報稅？-Say "Yes".

3。應為我是在大兒子的稅表上，PART 5,  家庭成員，我應該隻包括我自己，還是包括兒子家的成員？-Only you and your spouse (if any). But your elder son should include you into his household size. 

4. 我大兒子填寫I864表作為（co-sponsor）， PART 5. 家庭成員， 我是一個家庭成員，同時是大兒子擔保的人，是不是兩項都選。如果都選，會有問題嗎

-Your son does not need to list you in his family members in his I-864, but put "1" in Item 6 of Part 5 in his I-864. Thus, you are included in his household size.
