我在拿到綠卡多久以內可以用I824也就是follow to join申請國內的未成年子女？ 律師說我拿到綠卡兩年以內可以用follow to join. 請問正確嗎？謝謝！

-I don't see any immigration law to limit the timing. As far as I know, as long as your child is less than 21 and not married and the kid was born before you got the green card, then you can file I-824 any time for your child to use following to join benefits.

如果用I130申請， I130批準後申請移民簽證有沒有時間限製？比如在130批準多久以內必須提交移民簽證？

-Your child must submit the immigrant visa within one year after NVC to contact you and request the immigrant documents if the kid is outside US. If the kid is in US, then he/she must file I-485 witnin one year from the date your prioiryt date is current.
