看來目前的唯一希望是：期待小孩的B-2延期在6月份到7月11號之間批準，而且，6月和7月份的visa numberis available, 我們才能在7月11日之前同時提交I130和I-485？ 小孩才能留在美國？

能否發信或電話聯係USCIS, 陳述由於COVID-19 和中美之間的航班限製，希望他們給更多的時間"more duration of the new I-94"? 可以這樣做嗎？

-You may ask them whether they can approve the pending I-539 as soon as possible.

否則，小孩必須離開我們回國重新申請immigrant visa or B-2 visa。 Immigrant visa小孩至少要在國內等一年多，無法來美和我們團聚，So sad，心情好沉重沉重。

-If the child has status gap, you may just file I-130 for the child to apply for the immigrant visa in China. Then, the child can stay in US illegally until the appointment for the interview is received. Then, go to China for the immigrant visa interveiw.

Because the child is less than 18 years old, his/her illegal stay will not affect the visa approval.
