8老師我再問兩個問題：我L1b明年四月到期，我如果今年十月開始在加拿大工作（就是在現在L1b的有效期內）要在加拿大工作一年半才能申請新的L1b還是一年就可以？

您說your current US company (I-140 sponsor) needs to agree to hire you back when you apply for the immigrant visa at that time我想問一下that time 是指的是綠卡的date for filing 還是 action date. 我理解是在action date 拿到offer 就行，在date of filing 人可以在加拿大，我不知道這樣理解是否正確。
