請教一下關於境內申請綠卡問題
家人是旅遊身份目前。想在境內申請綠卡（旅遊身份轉綠卡），是否可以在提交申請綠卡材料裏也添加回美證的申請材料？
-Depends on whether the petition priority date is current if you are not a US citizen and you sponsor your spouse and kid. Your family member had better wait for about 2 to 3 months after they entered US using B2 visa, then you can sponsor their green card, in case USCIS consider they have the immigrant intent before they entered US (B2 visa fraud).
I just checked the Visa Bulletin and found if they apply for green card in April, they can file I-485 together with your I-130, then stay in US to get the green card (if they have already been US for 2 to 3 months). You can check the Visa Bulletin about 10th each month at this link:

還有關於移民體檢什麽時候提交合適-They have to provide the physical exam report with the I-485 filing, and the physical exam report must be filed within 60 days from the date the doctor issued it.
目前如果提交，大致需要多長時間APPROVE-Hard to say, normally one to two years.
