現在在美國上12年級，已經有幾個大學的offer了。如果接受了offer，I-20什麽時候生效。暑假能否不回國，一直呆到開學？
-The I-20 effective date normally is the semester start date. If the kid receives the I-20, then he/she can stay in US during the summer until Fall semester starts to enter the college. Talk to the current High School and the Internationa Student Office of the college to do the F-1 transfer after accepting the offer from the college.
