請教老師，申請F2A因超齡被據，可否要求移民局將案子轉成F2B?

-Yes, it will be converted to F2B and the priority date remians the same. You may send a letter to USCIS to request the converson from F2A to F2B and file I-485 in the future based on F2B category cut-off date. But your child cannot get married before getting green card. Otherwise, the F2B will be void. 

還是需要重新遞交130申請？

-Not need.

我住在德州，移民局的INFOPASS是否取消了？

-You must call USCIS first and if they agree you to do Infopass, then you can make an appointment.
