我是美國公民, 打算為父親和繼母辦理移民。父親在十幾年前再婚, 我困惑的是, 我是否可以同時為父親和繼母一起遞表申請移民? 移民法有明確規定嗎？請問我該如何申請, 才能讓我父親和繼母同時拿到綠卡, 同時移民來美? 

-Based on the immigration law, only if your father married your step-mother before you turned 18 years old, then you can sponsor your step-mother's green card application as you can do for your father. Otherwise, only one way for your step-mother to immigrate to US: i.e. after your father becomes a green card holder, then he can sponsor your step-mother to immigrate into US.
