Look like a lot of documetns needed to support petition as listed below. But I did not see any supporting documents requiremetns from I-485 itself. Where are the below information from? Please advise.

●父/母的非移民簽證影本(如觀光簽證)，I-94請按此查找打印
●父/母的2*2護照式照片(送件30天內所拍攝的，背後請注明姓名與A-Number)
●I-693表格(健康與疫苗證明，由醫生填寫並密封好信封簽字，你不可以開啟喔)
