為父母申請綠卡。父母目前在國內。I-130 62a 填VISA 申請地點應該填居地的US Consulate嗎？

-It is the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China.

如果父母近期持B2 Visa來美，回去前通知interview，可以到時再改interview的地點到美國的居住地嗎？-If they are physically present in US, they just file I-485. But they may have trouble to enter US if you file I-130 before they enter US due to immigrant intent.
